The Bulls, 6-1 (1-0), continue their road trip as they take on Temple, 5-7 (1-2), on the road on Sunday (game begins at 1 PM).

Here are some quick stats on the Bulls:

  • USF is averaging 3.86 goals per game while allowing .71 goals per game.
  • USF won 1 to 0 over Temple last year.
  • Evelyen Viens is on a roll, leading USF with 11 goals (41 shot attempts) and has 3 assists. Leah Ferlin had the game winning goal last year against Temple.
  • Sydney Martinez has allowed 4 goals all year while making 13 saves (.765).

Here are some quick stats on Temple:

  • Temple is averaging 1.33 goals per game while allowing 1.50 goals per game.
  • They are led by sophomore forward Emma Wilkins who has scored 5 goals this year on 12 shot attempts (7 shots on goal). Another striker to watch out for is freshman forward Gabriela Johnson who has 3 goals (11 shot attempts) and an assist.
  • Junior keeper Morgan Basileo has allowed 14 goals this year while making 63 saves (.818 save percentage). She made 8 saves last year in the loss.

The Bulls have been rolling on offense and after scoring 4 goals in the win over Uconn, the offense is rolling well and the defense is backing them up. This is going to be a tough game because Temple is solid on defense and will be defending their home field. This will be a tough fight, but I think the Bulls will be able to get another win and get another victory in the win column in the tough AAC portion of the schedule.
