The Bulls found a full time starter last year in Quinton Flowers and the offense took off with him running and throwing. This year, he returns as the starter, but there is a lot of competition for the position that could make things a little more interesting.

Here is the 2015 roster. Note that years, weights, and heights reflect their current 2016 standings:

Quinton Flowers – 6′ 210 lbs. – Junior

Steven Bench – Graduated

The rest of the roster:

Zac Joslin – 5’11” 180 lbs. – Redshirt freshman

Brett Kean – 6’1″ 220 lbs. – Redshirt freshman

Adam Robles – 6’3″ 206 lbs. – Sophomore

Evan Wilson – 6’2″ 195 lbs. – Junior

Asiantii Woulard – 6’3″ 213 lbs. – Sophomore

Incoming recruits:

Chris Oladokun – 6′ 162 lbs. – 3-star recruit

Thoughts on the roster: For a first time in a long time, the Bulls enter the season with a solid starter in Quinton Flowers and Coach Taggart has gone on record that he is our guy moving forward. This is rare for USF after going year after year without knowing who would be the starter (we finally have one!). On top of that, we finally have a lot of talent behind him and is pushing him and competing for the back-up position. Woulard is a big time quarterback and put a hurting on the defense as the scout team last year. He was the best dual threat quarterback coming out of high school and now he gets a chance to battle for a roster spot. Then we mix in Brett Kean who is putting together a great spring camp thus far. Both he and Woulard are pushing each other and pushing Flowers at the same time. We finally have depth at the position, but more importantly, talented depth that will only make the offense better as the season draws closer.
