The Bulls, 11-20 (8-11), are on the road to end the regular season (game begins at 3 PM). They will be facing Tulsa, 14-16 (9-9), to end the season. Tulsa beat the Bulls back on October 16, 3 sets to 1.

USF is hitting .200 on the season (have won two in a row) while opponents are hitting .227 on the season. Tulsa is hitting .198 as a team while opponents are hitting .209 against them. I expect a close battle in this game.

Tulsa is led by junior outside hitter Erica Bohannon (6’1″) who leads the Golden Hurricanes with 484 kills (.209 hitting percentage) with 32 service aces (38 errors) and had 127 digs on the season. She had 15 kills and 8 digs in the first match. Junior outside hitter Rebecca Reeve (6′) has 350 kills (2.92 kills per set) with 24 service aces (40 errors), and 333 digs. She had 14 kills and 14 digs in the first match. Sophomore setter Sophie Bethke (6′) has 64 kills, 1248 assists (10.40 assists per set), 20 services aces (53 errors) and 264 digs. She had 42 assists and 14 digs in the first match. Junior defensive specialist/libero Brooke Berryhill (5’6″) has 83 assists, 31 service aces (31 errors), and a team leading 589 digs (4.91 digs per set). She had 26 digs and 6 assists in the first meeting.

Well, here we go, the last game of the season. Its time for Dakota Hampton (had 12 kills and 20 digs) and others like Denise Belcher (had 13 kills and 2 digs in the first meeting) to go off and leave it all on the court in the game. They’ve got nothing to lose and need to just go out and  have some fun on the road.
