Per report – There is a report from the Oregonian that running back coach Telly Lockette is headed to Oregon State to join new head coach Gary Andersen and his staff. Lockette joined the USF staff back in 2013 after serving as the head coach at Miami Central HS from 2008 to 2012. Lockette had been regarded as one of the top recruiters for Coach Taggart’s staff and now the program will have to replace him.

USF recently just hired coach Danny Hope as the offensive line coach/co-offensive coordinator and added coach Tom Allen from Ole Miss as the new defensive coordinator. USF still has not hired a new defensive backs coach to replace coach Ron Cooper and now has another void on the staff to hire.
