The Bulls won big in their home opener, beating UNC Asheville 97 to 53 to improve their overall record to 3-1 to start the year. USF shot 54% for the entire game and held the rebounding margin at 44 to 38, winning in all phases of the game. Laura Marcos Canedo, Bre Brooks, and Katelyn Weber, but the Bulls wouldn’t need them in this game.

Maria Jespersen had 12 points and 5 rebounds. Ariadna Pujol ahd 5 points and 3 rebounds as Coach Fernandez emptied his bench late in this game.
USF will now head to the Virgin Islands for the Paradise Jam tournament during the Thanksgiving break. They will face Oklahoma in the first game on Thursday at 8 PM.
