USF volleyball takes on Uconn

The Bulls, 10-15 (4-9), are still on the road as they take on the Uconn Huskies. Uconn is 10-14 (3-10) on the season and will be looking for some revenge against the Bulls. USF beat them 3 sets to 1 in their first meeting back in Tampa (game begins at 1 PM). 

Uconn is led by junior middle blocker Immanuella Anagu who has 243 kills, 33 digs, and 89 blocks on the year. She had 7 kills and 5 digs in the first game between the two sides. Senior outside hitter Devon Maugle has 256 kills, 15 assists, and 255 digs on the year. She had 10 kills and 8 digs in the first game. Senior libero Brianna Datti has 88 assists and leads the team with 430 digs on the year. She had 16 digs and 2 assists in the game in Tampa. Sophomore setter Rebecca Rivera has 538 asssists and 170 digs on the year. She had 18 assists and 8 digs in the first game.

For the Bulls to get the road win they will need a big game from star Erin Fairs. She had 19 kills and 24 digs in the first game, leading the way for the Bulls. She will need to have another big game and get some help from her teammates. USF needs this win big time.
