The Bulls won their second straight game of the weekend, this time beating Temple 2 to 0 to improve their overall record to 9-6-1 (4-3 in the AAC). USF took a 1 to 0 at the half and relied on their defense throughout the second half to come away with a huge win on the road as the regular season slowly comes to an end.

USF got on the board first with a strike from Demi Stokes to make it 1 to 0 in the 6th minute on a penalty kick. After a defensive battle in the 2nd half, USF got another one to put it away in the 78th minute on a goal from Olivia Chance (assist from Stokes), making it 2 to 0. The Bulls were out-shot 11 to 14 in the game, but it was the defense that came up big for the ladies. Katarina Elliott made 5 saves throughout the game, coming up big on multiple shot attempts at her.

The Bulls will try to make it 3 in a row as they host Cincinnati on Friday night. The game begins at 7:30 PM at Corbett Field.
