The Bulls, 6-4 (2-1), are on the road as they try to get back to first place in the AAC standings (currently tied with Tulsa for second). Cincinnati is 3-5-3 (0-2-1) on the year and will be looking for the upset win on their home turf (game begins at 7 PM).
Cincinnati is led by junior forward John Manga who has 8 goals on the year on just 19 shot attempts. Senior midfielder Ashani Walker has 1 goal (13 shot attempts) and has 2 assists. Junior midfielder Terence Carter has 1 goal (17 shot attempts) and has added 1 assist on the year. Senior defender Matt Remaley has 3 assists on the season. They will be facing Spasoje Stefanovic who was roughed up in the last game against Tulsa where he allowed 4 games. I would expect Stefanovic to have a much better outing in this one.
In net for Cincinnati is sophomore Alex Gill who has allowed 16 goals and has made 53 saves. Gill has been making a lot of saves so far this season, showing the ability for opponents to get a lot of shots off. For the Bulls and their aggressive offense, this will be a great opportunity for them. Look for Tyler Blackwood, Lucas Baldin, and the rest of the team to come out striking and looking for early goals in this game. They will want to tack on an early lead and not allow Cincinnati to get any momentum in this match.
