The Bulls improved to 1-2-1 on the year after they defeated FGCU (2-1-0) on Sunday evening by a score of 1 to 0.

The Bulls struck in the 50th minute thanks to a goal from Leticia Skeete. USF held the edge on shots, 15 to 4 and shots on goal, 8 to 1, the entire game. Thordis Aikman made 1 save the entire game as the USF front line dictated the pace of the game and never eased back.

The Bulls will try to make it 2 in a row as they hit the road starting on Friday to play Middle Tennessee State on Friday (8 PM) and then Kennesaw St. on Sunday (2 PM) as part of the Blue Raider Classic.
