Money.

Marvin “Money” Kloss, the Groza finalist returns for his senior season. He was the best offensive weapon at times last year so there’s no way he’s job could be challenged, right?

#27 Marvin Kloss – 6′ 196 lbs. – Senior – Kicker – Naples, FL (Barron Collier HS)

2013: What a year it was for Kloss. Kloss was 18 for 23 in field goal attempts, hitting 7 of 9 from 40 to 49 yard range, 4 of 7 from 50 plus range, and was 6 of 6 from 30 to 39 yard range. His long was a 52-yarder. Game after game, Kloss proved to be the best offensive weapon for the Bulls who struggled all year to find points. He was 15 for 15 on extra point attempts and was the kick-off specialist as well. Kloss kicked off 43 times, averaging 61.8 yards per kick, adding 15 touchbacks and just 10 brought out against him and the coverage team. Kloss was nominated for the Groza award, the award for the best kicker in the country, and was one of the three finalist in the nation.

2014 Bull Rush Prediction: Heading into the spring, Kloss was the man, but Emilio Nadelman (at least from the words of the coaching staff) caught up to Kloss and began challenging him just a bit coming out of the spring. No position is safe on the team as Coach Taggart says, but unless hell freezes over tomorrow, Kloss it the man heading into the season. He has a powerful leg, accurate, and is a key figure both on special teams but as an offensive weapon as well. We can only hope Kloss has another magical season like he did last year.
